For 20 years, Mark (50) and his wife worked hard to establish and grow their own business. They built a thriving company with about 40 employees. Their success didn’t go unnoticed, leading to a successful sale to a private equity company.
In addition to his continued involvement in the business, Mark is also busy making his assets work as hard for them as possible. He aims to make returns above 6% via the purchase of real estate.

Together they financed the total loan amount requested from the buyer. And best of all, both lenders have the right of first mortgage as security.
