For what purposes finance can be requested?

Financing of commercial transactions can be used for
different purposes:

Purchases – for your business or commercial real estate
Refinancing – as collateral to (re) finance a company debt
New construction – development finance is available

How long will a financing application take?

We’ll make every effort to complete the financing as soon
as possible after receiving your financing application. This
can take a minimum of 5 business days, but will depend
on how fast you provide the necessary information and
documentation.
The first step is filling out the application form online. After
receiving this information, our first assessment will take
place – usually within one working day. We will then
forward a scenario document which needs to be
completed. If this scenario document is completed, we will
progress with our Engagement Letter (after receiving of
any missing documentation if necessary).
This contains all the terms and conditions of the financing.
Once you sign it, we will contact our investors and they
will be able to claim the funding. This usually happens
quickly, but the period for this varies and depends on the
financing offered

What information do I need to provide?

*A valuation report prepared by an approved and
certified appraiser
*Any lease agreements
*Credit memorandum
*Rates notice
*Purchase contract
*Image of the property
*ID, passport or driver license
*Trust deed
*A&L


When the Financing Agreement is finalised and the
Mortgage Deed completed, a solicitor will process your
proof of identity and search the Land Registry for
information on other mortgages and any restrictions.

What information do investors see?

At Briqwise we draw up a so-called Information
Memorandum. In this document we write about the
financing purpose, the collateral, your background as an
entrepreneur and the repayment capacity. We also add a
good photo and the terms and conditions of the financing.
This Information Memorandum can be requested by
investors interested in providing the financing. Approving
this memorandum happens when you sign your Letter of
Consent.
The information from the memorandum will not be
published on our website and can only be requested by
investors who are connected to the Briqwise platform.

What does financing with Briqwise cost?

Can my financial adviser or broker submit an application on my behalf?

For sure! Brokers known to us can submit a
financing application via the broker portal. Is this the
